At Kostabo Products B.V., we work on the inspection, maintenance, and certification of lifesaving appliances and fire-fighting equipment used on board ships and yachts. Our focus is simple: equipment must perform when it is needed.

With extensive experience in both commercial shipping and the luxury yacht sector, we understand the high standards and specific requirements that apply to different vessel types. Our services are carried out in accordance with SOLAS regulations and applicable international maritime safety standards.

We are an approved service supplier by BV, DNV and Lloyd’s Register, and operate under a certified NEN-ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. This ensures consistent service quality, traceability, and full compliance with class and flag state requirements.

Our services include:

Lifesaving Appliances (LSA)
Inspection, servicing, and certification of liferafts, lifejackets, immersion suits, and rescue equipment ensuring full readiness for emergency situations.

New build projects
For newbuild projects, we provide complete end-to-end safety management. From developing the safety plan and supplying the required equipment to installation, commissioning, and final approval by class societies and inspection authorities, we manage the entire process.

Fire-Fighting Equipment & Systems (FFE)
Maintenance and testing of portable fire extinguishers, fire hoses, breathing apparatus, and fixed fire suppression systems.

Yachts and commercial vessels
