Control Panel 2, with Back-Up Battery HM-0710

Description

The Control Panel 2 is an advanced control unit for Hammar Electronic Remote Release Systems (ERRS). It is designed for the centralised activation and control of multiple lifesaving appliances, evacuation systems and other connected loads.

The unit can control up to 10 Electronic Release Units (ERUs) and 2 input sensors as standard. With minor modifications, it can accommodate an additional 2 ERUs and 4 input sensors. ERUs can be activated individually or in a predefined sequence with adjustable time intervals.

The Control Panel 2 is programmed according to the individual vessel configuration and features a self-checking system. It can also be used for applications such as opening hatches or closing fire doors.

The unit includes a rechargeable backup battery providing up to 20 hours of operation in the event of a failure of the vessel's 24 V DC emergency power supply.
