CP2 with Protective Enclosure HM-0772

Description

The Control Panel 2 is Hammar's most advanced Control Unit for Electronic Remote Release Systems (ERRS). It provides a customised solution for the activation of multiple lifesaving appliances, evacuation systems and other loads.

The unit can handle up to 10 Electronic Release Units (ERUs) and 2 input relays. With minor modifications, it can accommodate an additional 2 ERUs and 4 input sensors. The Control Panel 2 can play a central role in the controlled, safe and rapid evacuation of a vessel.

The CP2 is programmed on delivery according to the individual vessel configuration and can activate ERUs individually or in a predefined sequence with time intervals. The system is self-checking and remains in an idle state until activated or an error is detected.

The CP2 can also be used for applications such as opening hatches or closing fire doors. The HM-0710 is equipped with a rechargeable backup battery (HM-0725) to provide backup power in the event of a failure of the vessel's 24 V DC emergency power supply.

This version is supplied in a protective enclosure.
